Helping you to prolong the life of your investment

We know that renewable energy and energy savings technology are an expensive investment. To help you prolong your renewable energy technology, we have a range of service maintenance packages that will help keep your equipment in the best condition.

By properly maintaining your technology and ensuring it is correctly configured, we can detect faults before they develop, and you can be confident that you are still saving on your energy bills.

Routine inspections involve visually inspecting solar panels, inverters and other components to identify signs of wear, damage or debris. Cleaning procedures are performed as needed based on environmental conditions and soiling ratios.

Advanced monitoring systems will be used to track the performance of the solar PV system continuously. Real-time data analysis will detect deviations from expected energy generation levels. Periodic performance reports will help to assess the system’s efficiency against baseline parameters.

Regular checks on the electrical systems will follow IEC standards, including inspecting wiring, connections and junction boxes to identify potential issues. Infrared thermography will identify hotspots and ensure the integrity of electrical components.

Inverter maintenance is essential for system efficiency. Manufacturer guidelines will be followed for regular checks and firmware updates. Any faults or anomalies identified through monitoring systems will trigger immediate attention to ensure the inverters operate optimally.

Calibration checks on sensors and monitoring equipment will maintain their accuracy. System adjustments, such as tilt angles or tracking parameters, will be made as needed to optimise energy capture, following IEC standards for solar PV system maintenance.

A comprehensive emergency response plan will be in place to address unscheduled maintenance requirements promptly. This includes a rapid response team, clearly defined escalation procedures and 24/7 monitoring to identify and address critical issues.

A well-managed inventory of critical spare parts, as recommended by IEC 62446-2, will be maintained. This ensures that replacement components are readily available, minimising downtime in the event of equipment failures.

Detailed records of all operation and maintenance (O&M) activities, including inspections, maintenance tasks and responses to scheduled and unscheduled events, will be meticulously documented. These reports will be compiled into a comprehensive log, providing transparency and traceability in line with IEC standards.
